At some point turmoil will stop and it will be quiet again while we can relax and expand into the very moment …

That is trust building in the surrender to what IS. It is a powerful process that takes courage and discipline to override indolence and to take a leap of faith and courage.

It is always a decision for the unknown, for the still uninhabited land. We decide to leave our comfort zone and get up because we are no longer satisfied with the bread crumbs of a life in survival mode. We will not miss the chance  to follow our hearts, in small and big decisions. The soul will rejoice because it loves freedom and is so happy to spread its wings.
