In the Silence of Slowing Down

In the silence of slowing down,

we find the heartbeat of the world,

each beat a silent knowing,

unheard in the rush of days.

Stillness is the language of oneness,

where the soul meets the sky,

and breath becomes a bridge,

between what is and what might be.

Listen—

not to the noise of thought,

but to the quiet rhythm of being,

where all things merge,

and the self dissolves into light.

In the pause,

we are whole,

not separate,

but one,

a single note in the vast symphony,

played softly, until it fades,

into the everything,

that is nothing.

Keep silent,

as much as you can,

and feel the world slow with you,

until time itself becomes still,

and you are left,

only with the truth,

that you are everything,

and everything is you.
