In the Midst of it ALL

Standing in the midst of Ocean and Wave,

I reach toward Sky in prayer and affirmation,

Filling my lungs with the sacred song of “belonging”

And feeling so divinely connected, amidst white caps of awakening,

My heart writes such tender messages within its welling,

My body lifted toward Sun from what rises within the deep of me,

And my soul cries out joyfully, as I breathe in the Sea and Sky.
